Our jewelry is specially made by brands in Colombia that work with artisans under fair working conditions and have all the legal certificates for the production and export of their jewelry.

Your order will be processed and shipped with love within 24 hours on working days.

Jewellery care

Do not expose your jewelry to lotions, creams, cosmetics, perfumes or water as these can wear away the protective layer of the plating.

Store your jewelry separately and use our fabric bag.

Do not exercise with your jewelry (sweat causes wear).

Clean it with a soft cloth to preserve the color and shine for longer.

Shipping & Returns

Not yet, but we are working on it. Please give us feedback on which country you would like to order from by sending an email to info@casameroth.com or contacting us directly via our social media.

We cover the shipping costs for your standard delivery. However, as we are a new and small online shop, we cannot cover return costs. We also recommend sending the package insured, as we will only refund your money once the product has arrived safely back with us.

Standard shipping is via GLS with a tracking number. If you want express shipping, we will ship with DHL Express at your expense.

As soon as your shipment has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery at any time.

If you do not like the piece of jewelry or wish to return it for any other reason, you have 14 days after receiving the shipment to send it back to us. Please note that only returns of unworn pieces in the original packaging with all accessories will be accepted.

Please return the package to the following address and preferably insured, as you are responsible until the package is returned to us. Once we have received the package and checked the condition of the items, we will issue the refund to the original payment method.

Please notify us of the return before sending the package. You can do this either directly by email to info@casameroth.com or via this form with the "Return/Cancellation" option.

If you have any questions about the refund, please use the same form and select the “Refund” option.

Of course you can cancel your order with us. Please note that in this case you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The return should reach us within 14 days for the cancellation to remain valid.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear, written declaration - e.g. by email. It is sufficient if you send the notification before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You can use and fill out this withdrawal form for this purpose.

The refund will be made as soon as we receive the order. Please send the package back to us in its original packaging and unworn. It is best to have it insured, as you are liable for the damage until it reaches us.

Complaint

All FENOMENA JEWELRY pieces come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, such as gemstones falling out. Please write to us at info@casameroth.com if your pieces have a manufacturing defect. In this case, we will contact the jewelry manufacturer to find a solution.

Please send us a photo of the defect as an attachment and don't forget to include your order number. You can also send the email as a complaint using this form.

Please note that a complaint is only possible if the defect was not caused by improper handling. Our team will examine the piece to determine the cause of the defect.

To keep your pieces in good condition for a long time, we recommend that you follow our care tips .

If you complain about a defective product, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement item. Please note that you are not entitled to a refund of the purchase price if the complaint is made more than 14 days after receipt of the item. We will only refund the money if the return is made within 14 days of delivery.

Payment Methods

If you want to pay by credit card, you enter your credit card number, expiration date and security code (CVV) on the payment page. Your card details are transmitted securely to our payment platform via an encrypted connection. The payment platform forwards the request for authorization to your credit card provider (such as Visa or Mastercard), which checks the validity of your card and your balance. After approval, the amount is reserved from your credit card account and we receive confirmation of successful payment. Finally, the amount is debited from your credit card account and we receive the money according to the credit card provider's billing terms.

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page to log into your PayPal account and confirm the payment. The payment details are transmitted securely and PayPal handles the payment. Once PayPal confirms the payment, your order will be processed immediately. You will receive confirmation of the successful transaction from both us and PayPal. The payment will be documented in your PayPal account and we will receive the money in accordance with PayPal's policies.

If you choose Klarna invoice, you will receive an invoice from Klarna by email or post after the purchase. This invoice contains all payment details and the due date. You have the opportunity to inspect the goods before paying the invoice. Payment of the invoice is made within the specified period (usually 14 days) directly to Klarna according to the instructions provided on the invoice. Klarna assumes the risk of the payment and takes care of the payment processing, so that we receive the money from Klarna even if you have not yet paid the invoice.

When you select Google Pay as your payment method, you will be asked to confirm the payment using your Google account by either clicking "Pay" or authenticating with a fingerprint or password. Google Pay securely transmits your encrypted payment details to us without revealing your actual card details. After we receive confirmation from Google Pay, we will process your order. The payment will be logged in your Google Pay account and you will receive a notification of the successful transaction.

If you want to use Apple Pay, select this payment method at checkout. You will be asked to authenticate on your Apple device, either with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Apple Pay encrypts your payment information and transmits it securely to us without sharing your actual card details. After we receive confirmation from Apple Pay, your order will be processed. You will receive a notification of successful payment and the transaction details will be saved in your Apple Wallet.
