Dianna
I was born in Santa Marta, a small town on the Colombian Caribbean coast, surrounded by sea, sun, snow and palm trees. In 2015, at the age of 16, I moved to Medellín to study for my bachelor's degree in political science. In Medellín, I found my second home, lived out my passion for fashion and jewelry and lived the best years there. Medellín is known as the fashion capital of the country, the city of "eternal spring" and innovation.

Lennart
My curiosity took me to Latin America for the first time in 2015, when I was 21. I did a year of volunteer work in Ecuador, where I learned the language, got to know the culture and traveled to other Latin American countries, including Colombia. I discovered that there was a second home for me on the other side of the world: exotic, diverse and colorful. Wanderlust and longing led me back to Colombia in 2019, where I completed a university exchange in Medellín.
Characteristics: curious, open-minded, passionate
We met during our time at university and have been inseparable ever since. We got married in 2020 and Germany became our home in 2021. Since then, Colombia has always been at the top of our annual vacation list. But how could we bring some of the Colombian magic here? - we often asked ourselves. This is how the idea was born to transport the beauty and essence of one house to another through jewelry and to unite two worlds. Casa Meroth is the home of various Colombian brands that are sustainable and handcrafted and in which we find the diversity and richness of our country every time.
Fenomena Jewelry is the first Colombian jewelry house we have chosen to bring to Germany and accompany you in your everyday life. As the designer and CEO Alejandra Llano describes , Fenomena is the combination of modern, classic and timeless. Emeralds are part of their DNA and all pieces are made by local artisans.
